Thank you for your interest in a career with us. - My Account Options Job Description - Logistics Broker (223616) Job Description Logistics Broker - Job Number: 223616 - Full-time Monday - Friday Shift : 1st Shift *Now hiring for April -and June 2023* Schneider's Power Only division is seeking a Logistics Broker in Green Bay, WI to establish and grow a strong book of business by sourcing carrier capacity, negotiating rates to generate revenue growth and ensuring our customers' freight is delivered on time. - Responsibilities -

• Seek new business opportunities by prospecting new carriers and strengthening relationships with current ones through negotiating rates and closing deals in an open transactional selling environment. -
• Embrace the fast-paced work environment and take ownership of the freight by thinking critically and making quick decisions to manage freight pickup and ensure on time delivery.
• Collaborate with winning teams -across the organization and maintain an ongoing trailer pool balance in each market to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote our state-of-the-art technology -by coaching carriers on how to use our digital tools to fulfill their business initiatives . Skills and qualifications -
  • Can manage multiple priorities while working with minimal direction.
