Job Description:
Counter Sales Associate Our client, is seeking a dedicated and
enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to join their team in Green
Bay, WI. As a vital part of the support department, you will play a
key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and
ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the
face of the company, demonstrate excellent organizational skills,
effective communication, and a strong commitment to customer
service, aligning seamlessly with the company's values and goals.
Job Title: Counter Sales Associate Location: Green Bay, WI Pay
Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM What's the Job? Meet with walk individual and contractor sales.
Prepare estimates and cut sheets for projects. Effectively manage
all jobs through to completion including processing orders,
estimating, ordering, pulling and invoicing orders. Must be
personable and be able to adapt to all clients. Answer customer
questions and inquiries in a timely manner. Ability to make
recommendations that work for the client. Negotiate with customers
on pricing or issues. Build trusting relationships with vendors and
ensure best possible pricing Provide technical support to
operations. Prepare sales quotes in a timely manner. Maintain and
update showroom floor and design center. Work with technical
support team to update company website with new product offerings.
Design and maintain the new builder’s catalog. What's Needed? Prior
experience of 2-3 years in a customer service or sales support role
experience highly recommended. Strong organizational skills to
manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills
to interact effectively with customers and team members. Good
customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience.
