Job Description:
As a Window Specialist at Drexel Building Supply, you will play
a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in
our building materials segment, with a specialized focus on
windows. You will leverage your expertise in window products to
provide tailored solutions for both construction professionals and
individual home renovators. Through expert advice and exceptional
service, you'll help our clients make informed decisions that
enhance their construction or renovation projects. Engage with
customers to understand their window needs and offer customized
solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
in window design and functionality. Provide detailed product
demonstrations and explanations to illustrate the benefits and
features of our window offerings. Negotiate sales contracts and
close deals to meet monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the
supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of window products.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and
patience. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to
improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Strong knowledge of
different types of windows, materials, and installation practices.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Ability to perform product demonstrations and explain detailed
specifications. Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and
customer interactions. Negotiation and closing abilities.
Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
