Job DescriptionWeConnect is seeking one full-time Inside Sales Specialist to be based in our Green Bay Corporate Office. Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (ISS)Job Function: Business DevelopmentSalary: Hourly Non-Exempt, plus CommissionReports to: Sr. Inside Sales Manager General Description:Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is the perfect position for someone who wants to kick off or grow their sales career with a rapidly growing technology-based company. This position will provide you with the opportunity to develop and grow your telesales career. As an ISS, you are responsible for maximizing inbound and outbound sales opportunities. You will assist potential customers by demonstrating knowledge of telecommunication technologies, evaluating consumer needs and recommending appropriate products and packages.Responsibilities:

  • Strategically work with a close knit team to meet daily activities, practices, and assigned business objectives and metrics
  • Communicate effectively over the phone, email, and in person with co-workers, prospects, and customers
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed pre-set weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quotas/goals
  • Capitalize on inbound calls from residential prospects and educating them on our products/services
  • Prospect on commercial opportunities with the ability to discuss benefits and features of our products/services
  • Generate referrals from inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Aptitude to identify customer needs and offer solutions by asking a series of qualifying questions
  • Provides superior customer service with all customer interactions
  • Consistently document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities and activity history
  • Demonstrate technical capacity to understand sales tools (Web, CRM, Order Management, Reporting, etc...)
  • Follow internal sales policies, practices and proceduresRequirements:
    • Establish and demonstrate exceptional people and customer relation skills
    • Knowledge and willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
    • Demonstrates a great work ethic with exceptional attitude and a high level of motivation and initiative
    • Solid experience, knowledge, and understanding of all products, sales, and services
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, to effectively multi-task
    • Detailed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to self-manage and work independently, and to be highly motivated to achieve goals
    • Knowledgeable computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM
    • Ability to work up to a 10 hour day and a 50 hour work week
    • Rotating shifts ranging from 8am – 6pm Monday-Sunday
    • Ability to travel occasionally for training or trade show eventsWork & Experience:
      • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
      • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales position / customer serviceBenefits:
